School House Rock – No More Kings

If you’re like me, you probably saw the School House Rock segments on Saturday morning cartoons or saw the videos when they were released in later years. I think they should be required viewing for everyone of voting age. 😉

But since they aren’t, I’m going to share them here. Just because I love them so. 🙂 And if the video doesn’t load, please refresh the page. It’s been acting kind of squirrelly. 🙄 I’ll post more of the videos soon.

My favorite song is “I’m only a bill”

I barely remember School House Rock, but hope to introduce more of it to my kids. (We checked one of the math video for Son once, the one on times tables.)

I used “The Tale of Mr. Morton” to help DD with verbs. Actually, all of grammar rock is awesome (though “Verb” gets on my nerves).

As you know, she used “The Preamble” to memorize the preamble. We have the Schoolhouse Rock DVD. I love it.
